Nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley, Holesfoot offers a secluded and intimate setting for a wedding. It was here that Fay and George chose to tie the knot. With a capacity to accommodate plenty of guests in the day and evening with space for 60 overnight guests, there was no shortage of love and laughter on their special day. The venue effortlessly combines the beauty of the outdoors with the comfort of the indoors, offering both outdoor and indoor ceremony options.

The charm of Holesfoot lies in its unspoiled natural beauty. It is situated between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, boasting its own private grounds spanning over 20 acres. The scenery was breathtaking with a lake, woodlands, and picturesque meadows serving as the perfect backdrop for my photos.

Adding to the rustic allure of the venue was the option of glamping. As the sun setS, the guests can settle into their cosy tents, the stars overhead adding a magical touch to the night. The barn, with its rustic sandstone walls, huge oak floorboards, and iron chandeliers, oozed a warmth and character that was a delight to capture on camera.

The Italian garden terrace and the long room offered more fantastic photo and video opportunities. There was something unique and personal in every corner, every stone, and every plant. It was a testament to how much thought and care had been put into the design and upkeep of the venue.
